1. Digital Products
Tragrammers sells digital software licenses that are delivered electronically immediately after payment. Once a license key is issued and access is granted, the product is considered delivered.
2. General Policy
Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the license has been issued or the subscription period has begun.
We do not provide refunds based on trading performance, compatibility issues arising from broker or user configuration errors, or failure to read product descriptions and risk disclosures.
3. Exceptions We May Consider
At our sole discretion, we may offer a remedy in limited cases such as:
- duplicate charge or confirmed billing error;
- technical failure on our side that prevents license delivery within a reasonable time;
- duplicate purchase of the same active license for the same account, subject to verification.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal of a subscription before the next billing date through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in immediate license revocation and account suspension.
6. How to Request Review
Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order email, product name, and a detailed explanation. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory refund rights under the laws of your jurisdiction.
